Returns

In accordance with EU laws, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a cause. In order to withdraw from the purchase and receive a refund, send us a declaration of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the item(s). You can use the withdrawal template form available here. Then, deliver the item(s) to:

Complaints

If any goods purchased at our shop are faulty, please follow the instructions below:

1. Please contact us at orders@ushirika.pl and provide us with the following details: your first and last name, e-mail or correspondence address, telephone number, product name or code, description of the fault, the date of purchase and the date on which you noticed the fault. You can use the complaint form template available here.

2. If you are returning the item, please send the product and its accessories, together with the complaint form, to:

It is also possible to return the product in person at our shop in Kraków.
